Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in the late 1800s, led by Mikao Usui in Japan and was eventually brought to the West in 1936 by Hawayo Takata via Chujiro Hayashi.

Reiki provides a deeply relaxing experience while clearing energy blockages and supporting the body's natural healing process. It aims to restore inner well-being and vitality by connecting to your cells as a multidimensional being. Think of yourself as energy within your atoms, molecules in motion that form you, connected to the infinite Universal Life Energy Force. 

 A Shamballa “Advanced” Reiki Practitioner-Master works on a multidimensional level within the seven subtle body layers, scanning for blocked energetic pathways using their hands (a method known as Byosen Scanning) or a crystal pendulum held above the subtle bodies and chakras. After the scan, the Reiki Master channels Universal Life Force Energy into your body to help clear blockages across multiple dimensions of the subtle body. This process supports the natural balance of your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Each session is provided in a private, supportive setting to ensure comfort and relaxation. (Shamballa / Shambhala / Shambala translates to “Place of Peace” or “Spiritual Realm” or “Dimension.”)

Usui Reiki: Known for channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner to the recipient, Usui Reiki helps promote holistic balance and enhance overall wellness.

Karuna Reiki: An advanced, higher-vibrational Reiki system rooted in compassion. It aids in healing on all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Holy Fire Reiki: A form of Usui Reiki that uses higher-frequency energy to work with the Authentic Self. It penetrates deep emotional, mental, and spiritual layers, supporting the release of limiting beliefs and old traumas, and promoting inner transformation and overall well-being.

Gendai Reiki Ho: A traditional Japanese form of Usui Reiki focused on holistic healing of the mind, body, and soul. It fosters spiritual growth, deepens connection to the Universe, and helps encourage a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

Sekhem Reiki: Operates at a high vibration, working on multiple levels to promote energetic balance, release blockages, and support personal growth. It draws on elemental energies such as Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit.

Tibetan Reiki: A form of Usui Reiki enhanced with additional symbols, techniques, and a distinct attunement process. It incorporates ancient wisdom to help promote relaxation, stress reduction, pain management, and holistic healing.

Jikiden Reiki: A traditional, authentic Japanese form of Usui Reiki that uses distinct hand positions to help improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Angelic Reiki: Merges traditional Reiki techniques with the healing energies of the Angelic Kingdom. It helps to promote balance and healing across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions.

Quantum Reiki facilitates distant healing, deep energetic shifts, transformation, and expanded awareness across time and space.

Reiki & Crystals: Combines Reiki with the healing energy of crystals, placed on specific areas or chakras. Tailored crystal grids help enhance energy flow, reduce stress, encourage emotional release, and support chakra balancing.

Reiki & Solfeggio Harmonics: Integrates ancient Solfeggio frequencies with Reiki to help stimulate healing through sound. Applied to specific body areas or chakras, it enhances relaxation and promotes deep healing.

Reiki Master's Unique Technique – Reiki Neuro Link Meridian Stimulation: Targets specific meridian points based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This specialized technique supports the body’s natural energy flow (chi/qi), harmonizes organ systems, and promotes overall balance and well-being.

How it's done:
The Reiki Master gently moves their hands, typically a few inches above the recipient's body, scanning from head to toe, or vice versa.  The Reiki Master Scans for the accumulation of stagnant or imbalanced energy that can manifest as physical or emotional distress. 

Chakras are centers of energy located throughout the body, often described in spiritual and healing traditions, particularly in Hinduism and Buddhism. The term "chakra" comes from the Sanskrit word for "wheel" or "disk," signifying the spinning, vortex-like energy flow at these points. Each chakra corresponds to specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person. There are seven main chakras aligned along the spine, from its base to the top of the head. 

The concept of subtle bodies is integral to many spiritual and esoteric traditions. These bodies are believed to interpenetrate and interact with the physical body, each serving a unique function related to different aspects of human existence.

The seven subtle bodies are thought to form a comprehensive system that influences every dimension of our being, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This system supports the natural balance and well-being of the body, mind, and spirit. The interplay among these bodies is said to help encourage a natural support of our overall health, well-being, and spiritual development. While different spiritual traditions may use varying terminologies and frameworks, the core idea remains consistent.

Auras are unique energy vibrations and colors, called luminous halo or bioluminescence that surrounds our etheric body.

It is recommended that you dress comfortably, as you will be lying down on a massage table during your session. 

The Reiki Master will explain the process of a Reiki Attunement and other metaphysical therapies and ask you some pertinent questions before and after the session.

• During a Reiki Neuro Link Meridian Stimulation session, you may experience the flow of energy (chi/qi) moving through the key meridians being stimulated in your body. This stimulation often induces a deep sense of relaxation and may manifest as tingling, a gentle stretching sensation, or a warm or cool feeling along the meridian pathways. As energy blockages are released, you may also feel physical or emotional relief, fostering a sense of peace, balance, and overall harmony. 
• During a Shamballa Reiki Attunement Session, you may feel energy moving through your body, causing a sense of deep relaxation. This energy can manifest as a tingling sensation or a warm or cool feeling. It may provide physical or emotional relief, bringing peace and harmony as energy blockages are removed. 
• After any Energy Healing Session, you may feel lightheaded if you move quickly from a lying down to a standing position. Please allow yourself a few minutes to adjust.

Energy Detoxification: 

• Clients with severe negative energy blockages may experience mild and temporary side effects similar to those of any body detoxification process. The Reiki Master will provide each new client with an informational sheet detailing how to alleviate any of these effects and embrace emotional release with affirmations.

When requested, the Reiki Master will wear a disposable face mask, and the massage table is always cleaned before each session to prevent germ transfer.

This process involves frequency therapy using the sound vibrations of three high C tones (C-4096Hz, referred to as Jacob’s Ladder; C-4160Hz, referred to as Pillar of Light; C-4225Hz, referred to as Stairway to Heavens). Full Moon Ceremony

All clients will receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation with the Advanced Reiki Master to assess whether this 1-hour Full Moon Ceremony session is suitable for them at the present time. The client’s light body must be in alignment with their bioenergetic fields or subtle energy flows, and they must be emotionally suited for this intense metaphysical session.

Full Moon Ceremony: Consists of four different metaphysical services: Breath Flow, Fire, Cord Cutting, and Aura Smudging, plus a Light Body Realignment metaphysical therapy, all designed to help support your overall well-being.

• Fire Ceremony: The process involves placing past lessons of traumatic incidents or old patterns and beliefs into a stick to "release all" into the fire at a metaphysical spiritual level, helping to reinstate your cosmic connection.

• Breath Flow: This process reinstates a connection with Mother Earth by using the flow of your breath to acknowledge and affirm the connection flow to nature and creation at a deep metaphysical spiritual level.

• Cord Ceremony: This is a metaphysical spiritual experience that involves cutting undesirable root cords and hook attachments to a person, an experience, or a form of a spirit not embodied within our multidimensional self of past or present eras.
